I need autosync 5P08 for MB c220 w203

Hi friend
I have this MB C220 W203 with old ECU burned, i read eeprom 5P08 and swapp to second hand ECU but wont crank engine
i cant read flash because is burned
Can somone help me with autosync or ECU need to be personalized!?

and others dtc, so have any other way to put sync without star diag tool!?
