Volvo S80 CEM not working when hot

Hello to all,

please can someone advice where is the problem..... it ibehaves as bad soldering , but i cannot find nothing wrong :confusion:

so the real problem is bad CPU ? Thinking about this issue......... it worked 14 years without problem and now overheating caused some failure...... when is very shiny day and car stay on direct sunlight, car won't start till evening so i think solution with additional heatsink cannot solve problem in summer days
