2001 Toyota Tacoma Tachometer correction 6cyl to 4cyl.

Anyone know what would need to be changed in the eeprom file to correct tach. Switching a 6cyl tach into a 4cyl truck. I don't have a 4cyl eeprom file. 93c46
I attached a 6cyl file. Also need KM switched to miles 189xxx miles.
