Did you check with diag, that the rail pressure is up to 300 bar, when the engine is cold and wont start?
I want to tell you, that the preglow period is long enough and no need to extend it. It is more, than 5-6 sec., which is enough to glow the "candles".
The IQ for start is perfect adjusted for engine, pump, injectors, etc in good health...
The starter is new, but is original new, China new, or refurbished?
