Ford ranger key

Hi everyone

I hope everyone is well today

I need some advice please guys .I need to make a key on the bench for a ford ranger 2.2 tdi .I normally use x100 pro via obd but obd connector has been cut and is not present .I'm not to sure if it codes to ecu ,bcm or cluster . Can someone maybe point me in the right direction please
I have also added some pix of ecu and cluster
