White smoke on idle, first start with cold engine

my diesel Alfa Mito 1.3 jtd 85Hp,MJ8DF Marelli ecu
on first start emits white smoke after dpf and egr off and tune.
Can someone help me with an adjustment for this purpose???

What was the initial problem of the car? Why did DPF get clogged and you had to cancel it?
As an opinion ... the problem that led to the clogging of the DPF, remained, but now you can see the effect because you no longer have the ceramic filter.


If you want to convince yourself if the software was done well or not, rewrite the original file, reset everything related to DPF and see the behavior. (Of course you will have errors, but watch the white smoke emit at the first start).

If you had the DPF removed and properly switched off from the ecu, I think it affected the turbo , white smoke is usually the turbo and the first thing that your dpf will break is that, check the turbo and the oil.

turbo and oil is ok, no oil consumption. after engine warm up , car run whith a normal diesel smoke...
i bought the car with dpf off and egr off. ... in sumer time white smoke at start was less and it doesen't me much but with the cooling of the weather the smoke becomes annoyng...
i will try to change glowplugs.

Can you for test make temp sensor think engine is hot see what happens

i changed glow plugs with Beru GE112...Same thing...white smoke with cold engine...
i will buy 2 injectors.
