Zed Bull's `EFFI software will not launch - Runtime error 216

Hi all. I am trying to launch Zed Bull EFFI software on a windows 10 and it never runs. I always get a Runtime error 216. Does anybody has any idea what might be the cause? Note that my computer is free from virus. Thanks

A) windows is crap
B) need some kind of ‘addon’

You right but I found the problem. I had to have the Zed Bull unit connected to the computer. The software will NOT launch without the programmer. The actual software for Zed Bull will load without the programmer but the EFFI Zed Bull app needs the unit to be connected. Cheers.
