Toyota Avensis MB275900-1911 reading problem

Hello!

Anybody can help me?
I have a Toyota Avensis 2.2D 2010 with Denso ECU
89661-05D12
MB275900-1911
NEC76F0085 mcu

I wanted read it with K-tag but I can read only 93c86 eeprom, at micro flash stop different sector (sometimes after 10%, somtimes 30%...)
Not possible read micro flash by K-tag?
I have yet replaced external power for other external battery but problem is same.
Always have connection.
