I write file by obd and car dont start...
read on BDM ktag but only micro and eeprom...when try to read flash gives error of checksum..
i write backup from here and now car dont start but i have id when read on kess..

Do you connect to diagnostics, what exactly did you try to do EGR DPF off. Did the car start before you wrote the file?

yes...ive done the remap...car was driving ok..
after 2 or 3 weeks i do dpf..and when i write the file car wont start

Is it possible that you have broken something when opening the ECU. Try reading the full BDM with another tool.
