Passat B6 id46 akl

Hello
I have a problem with passat b6 id46.
I cannot program the keyless key.
I have added a transponder to the kessy, but it is impossible to program on the OBD.
I did dealer key with dump, but it shows 0-2 when programming and it doesn't change when key is inserted.
Maybe the problem is in bad CS decoding by VVDI?
I even tried to program an already working transponder but it's 0-1 and programming error permanently.
Please decode CS from file for me.
Is there any way to program this key with remote control and HF?
I tried VVDI2, AVDI and VCDS - identical every time.
