Subaru Legacy 2001 need change idle RPM

Hello, can someone help me to increase Idle RPM of this car, Subaru Impreza 2001 year Hitachi Ecu.

Now car runs at idle rpm around 550, need 800 or 820 at least, cannot find full mappack definitions xml and damos also.

Car runs fine ,only this idle rpm.

Any help is appreciated.Thanks.

change your idle valve or check hose in intake and you will fix
