How can I read MCU with VVDI. The MCU is D70F3426 but I have try with VVDI without succes. Because needed security bytes. Anyone help with this problem.

use vag helper to read immo data, no need to take dash out

You can read immo (which includes PIN) only by OBD because it is encrypted inside eeprom.
Most tools should support this like AVDI, VVDI, FVDI, Carprog, Vagtacho and some more.

OBD on bench or car its the same. I mean you cannot get PIN from eeprom only.
