2008 Ford F-350 speedometer problem

Hello mates I was working in this speedometer trying to adjust miles and something went wrong and now the speedo's screen is all blank and the truck wont start, I guess the configuration was wrong, if anybody has a solution for this problem, or show me how to read-write the ECU so I can can configure this the right way. Also if I need a dump and you have one, I need 134,218 miles.
