Ford Transit Infineon how to read

Please see the following unit it has C1414 fault code and I need to read chip inside. I have many programmers but not sure which one can read it and connection pinout.

This one TMS320 or similar NOT Infienon

the fault you have means its the wrong airbag ecu for vehicle.

doubt you find diag pinouts!
