These vin's "0" or "O" always cause a problem

I wrote down the file from nelutzul40 (https://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/member.php/288664-nelutzul40) (there is O instead 0(zero)).
After turning on the display shows "no vin stored" for 1 second and it works properly.
Thief protection - no active (no DTCs) but there is no sound.
The radio is used and I dont't know if it is whight or is it a problem of a file (O/0 or checksum)
I gave the car back after shooting (https://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/member.php/127803-shooting) upload file.
