EZS W639 4J74Y - all keys disabled

Hi, Can I have the EZS MB Vito W639 file checked? I read R2 procesor 4J74Y. I can't turn the ignition switch and CGDI show that all keys is disabled. Is possible enable it in file? CGDI give me error even though I have read the password. Thanks for help!
