Audi A4 B6 RB4 Dashboard DEF error after Swap Cluster

Hi collegue,
i have Audi a4 1900Tdi my2003 B6 with cluster Bosch RB4. Cluster ORI it's damaged, customer make immo off in EDC15P and buy other cluster.
Car start whit hazard on for 15 second after crancking.
Now i have read 24C08 and 95640 from ori cluster and moved eprom to new cluster
Car start but hazard on and see DEF. Error and not see KM.
It's possible cluster it's not compatible with car?

I have found in my ori Dash 8E0920900M 24C08 Immo3 login 15899
Question is i can mount 8E0920900K? And only swap 24c08 or all 2 eeprom? 95640 content it's?
