Any one know how repair a VDO dashboard of a seat ibiza with speedo intermittent problem?

Year of car, number ot dashboard.....ect.

Change the stabilizator and near capacitor (if is year 93-99).

Maybe stepper motor has mechanical damage.

Check VSS (vechile speed sensor). It is located on gearbox.
Sometimes is is broken, or there is some water, sometimes have problem with power connection. There are 3 wires - +12V, -12V, and signal.
