Mercedes EDC15C6 EGR OFF

Hello. Friend of mine suspect that EGR valve on his car don't work properly. The car has rough idle and smoke a little bit. It's W203 C200 MY2000 with EDC15C6 inside.
Can someone do EGR off full working solution, pls. It is vaccum EGR with electrical switch. Must i shut of mechanicaly or just software is enough? Thanks.

Thanks a lot mate. Is this a manual solution or thirty part software like EGR remover?
P.S.
This is automated solution by EGR remover. Compare with WinOls match 100%.
Anyway thanks for time to do that.
I am looking for real solution.
