Edc16U1 speed limiter

Hello People!

Someone have clue where the speed limiter is located on this edc16 ecu? Its not in flash, used to be in eeprom on those ecus but cant find it.
On chanel 007 with vcp it giving me number 3000??? And when i try change it with sec.access login , cant be changed.
On meas.block 027 the speed is 299kmh but where can i change?
I have ori eeprom and flash read by ktag service mode and even tryed to change vmax in eeprom with edc16 calculator but dont work.

Thanks for that but am trying to limit vmax on this car, not to disable :))
Vmax is 299 original i think. What i need is to limit speed to 110kmh.
That is the problem i have.

Thank you but not working. I think it is wrong vmax adress in edc16 calculator.
I have also calculator but on ori eeprom vmax is 0.
