is there any china clone tool that can read write opel edc17c19 and edc17c59 without opening the ecu ?

every obd tool can read even on obd....................problem is writing if tprot is high

Yes have I have read/write one time a Chevrolet Aveo with ktm bench. Its has same protocol.
