Can someone look at this ADBLUE OFF Citroen C4 Picasso 2015

Hi everyone, can someone look at this solution please.

Citroen C4 Picasso 2015 1.6 EDC17C60.

I remove ECU from car and READ + Write with KTAG.

I send the file to my tuner to remove ADBLUE.

NO DTC codes anymore but UREA light flashing with millage countdown to no start.

Car starts and drives fine but still have the UREA light flashing.

I read online that a good solution you dont need to unplug anything, my tuner said to me to unplug ADBLUE ECU.

I just want someone to check the file please

Garage reset ADBLUE in BSI with Diagbox but light comes back on after few miles.
