VW Golf IV 1C0909605A crash data reset

Hi, I need clear dump for this Siemens SRS unit.

5WK43122
this dump read with UPA USB .
I tried to reset it with Airbag Universal Repair 2011 v2.0 but it is not successful. the light is on and has these errors .

yes , modul on this car . now test connectin seatbelts .
