The problem is when I switch on the radio, "Porsche protect" appears on the display.
Until a "code input" does not come.

The radio is NOT built into the car, but connected
to the power supply at the table.

The CDR23 and CDR24 look for the ignition on CANBUS ID and car vin number. The car vin number is sent over CANBUS in HEX format. The radio needs to see a permanent +12 volt on pin C20. These three items must be sent in a specific sequence or the radio will not power up on the bench.

Sometimes if you rewrite or change the EEPROM the car may have to be reprogrammed at a Porsche dealer workshop for the radio to work again.

Someone sent me the repaired file.
