CAS3 repair no ignition

Hi guys after the unsuccefully programming with ista-p the cas3 9147220-01 no ignition.
Now i can make diagnosis in cas3 without error but when put the key does nothing.
I reflash only the flash dump from good same cas3 but the problem still exist. Maybe the eeprom is corrupt.

with which tool did you read CAS, in what format do you need it ?
