Hi folks.
I have a case and i want your expertise. The car is a Peugeot 207 HDI 1.6 with Bosch ecu number 0281013868. The car was diagnosed having faulty ecu. The garage had the ecu sent to a 'repair lab' and they said they can't repair it. The lab sends back the old ecu(with the eeprom removed) + a used ecu. So far so good .
The problems is that the new ecu has a dozen of faults regarding DPF (The car was without dpf or with dpf off) , and way lower power. So my task was to read the flash with BDM FGTech from the old ecu and write it to the new(used) ecu. The thing is that when i putted the ecu on car i had a no start situation with P1615 fault. I reading it again and see that the eeprom contents was altered . Just for kicks then , i write a new 95160 with the programmer and soldering it on old faulty ecu. No start again and the same P1615. I read it ,and the contents are different again! What the Hell!? .
Ended to BDM write the used ecu flash+e2p to have the car start. What is going on? Am i doing something wrong?
P.S. The e2p seems to be immo off.
Thank you !

Hi Kiszka , thank you for the reply! What do you thing about the e2p changing when I plugged the ECU on car?

in both flash is dpf
but poco you want to change eeprom
what do you want to achieve with this

I don't want to change anything. It is changing by itself ! I just wanted to put the flash from the old ecu (without fap) to the second hand ecu.

in both flash is dpf it was disabled by some method in old ecu
i think writing flash to new ecu should work

I thought that too , but it failed.

What do you mean?
Hi
He Mean That You Need To Copy Internal And External Flash From Old ECU, Because They Are Linked Together,

Hi momogsm , is it possible (or necessary) to read the MPC562 in that ecu?? I know for sure that the FGtech can't read the internal Flash.

Hi
If Galletto Can't Read Internal Flash, That Mean That The Internal Flash Is Bricked And Can't Be Readed Anymore (I Think That The Problem Why The Diag Say That ECU Is Faulty ), In This Case You Should Search For A BDM, And Make Immo Off In Eeprom,
Please Post ECU Number Of The New ECU,

Thanks momogsm, but if you read the first post again you will see 2 things:
1: For some reason the e2p contents altered when ecu plugged to car and
2: The car started with the second hand ecu when i wrote again the ext.Flash+e2p, so the internal flash is good.

Hi
Here Is A BDM From My Database, Eeprom Is Already Immo Off, Write Those ( Eeprom+Flash ) And See
Report Back
Thanks

Hi guys, thank for your contribution !
As I said the car works OK now BUT again with lot of FAP faults.
When the owner bring the car back I will try your files , and i'm going to report you back ASAP!
(Kiszka the same holds for you too, thank you for your file!)
