Ktag problems

I’m having problems with my ktag v7.020. I keep getting eeface error. I’ve tried to research online how to fix problem but couldn’t find anything. Anyone ever have this problem before? I can choose my car which takes me to description on how and where to put wires to ecu. But after connecting all the wires and I press ok. I keep getting a eeface error. I never connected online while using my ktag. If anyone could help me out and tell me what I should try. I was thinking maybe I have to replace A chip on my ktag

bad quality,(probably need rework) try with different ecus....
