Change km on 17c69 ecu from Fiat 500

I would like change km on ecu to 10 km for example. Can I change this info on this modern ecu please?
I´ve never done it.
If we can then I update dumps becuase I don´t read it yet.

The ecu still with 80543km. Maybe there are more places where km are. Can you check dump again please?
