VW software for ECU. Back to Stock

When reading my ECU. It gives software version and number etc. I have vw 1.9 TDI BXE engine that was MAPPED before i got it seems there are a few issues with it.
What is needed to get it back to stock do i just need to get software and version number the same to revert it back with no complications. thanks.
