clone dashboard vw tiguan 2017

hy friends, i have problem with dashboard of vw tiguan 2017, the dashboard stop woked and all black but car starts; attached label and board, part number 5NA920751B, how can i clone it with other used one? there is no eeprom inside dash but onliy micro renesas, the ecu is edc17c49, anyone has solution?
