hi i have just bought a starview super usb box
i have upgraded to the firmware v1.02 and tried to run the automatic scan but it isn't finding any channels
anyone any ideas?

can i just add that the box did scan and find channels with the firmware that was on the box when i got it (free view only)
i have tried the v1.01 version too and has the same problem
i dont seem to have the emu option in my menu either

Press menu, type 1570 on remote and turn keycode on.

nothing happening still....
checked cables, comming out same booster as modem (tried swapping em)
still has a "level" 0% and "Quality" 0%
and not finding any channels

is there an option of where to plug ur coaxial cable in,=cableinput on previous models.scanning right provider?i think factory reset first,power off box,then autoscan again and emu to on.

yes the coax is in the right place
had it set up with the freeview for a week before i got my memory card (to upgrade)
have tried factory reset and the reinstalling flash upgrade many times now.
showing no signal and no quality...

i only have three options in the hidden menu though.
can't find the "EMU" option, is this in the hidden menu?

Do you have a live feed, presume you have if your BB is live? Do a scan from the direct feed, i.e. no splitters. As said it doesnt say EMU it now says Keycode on or off.
