Hi I have a Mercedes ml270cdi as my tow truck but giving lots of black smoke with no codes or boost leaks etc so my thoughts are to do away with egr valve, I have used software to delete it off my ecu file and sorted checksum with winols but when I go to write it on the car it comes up with a checksum error, never had this before and not sure what to do as winols says checksum is ok, anyone had this issue or know how to resolve it?

Yes forgot to add it’s a kess v2 clone, never had an issue with my cars yet tho, unless it’s because it was read a while ago with a mpps clone

As general rule i would not mix files from different interfaces without being 100% sure they are compatible. point 1
What ksuite are you using with your chinese kess? point 2
