hi
i have a 04 MB 320CDI.
with this ecu :
MERCEDES -Part number
A 648 150 01 79
A6481500179
Bosch -Part number
0 281 011 698
0281011698
i bought a identical used ecu that i want to clone with my car. is it possible ? some say it doesnt have eprom . only virtual eprom inside flash.
i have ktag . i vas hoping i could clone it with this , will it work ?
also when cloning i will have no immo issues ?

YES YOU CAN CLONE THIS ONE READ FULL BDM AND WRITE TO DONOR ECU

but you sure it will be no immi issuses ? i heard also when opening this one i need to be very careful. because bdm pins is under ?

or use new protocols, full reading without opening...

If you use ori ktag (also on clone able for some ecus) u have protocol to not open ecu. Its called Tricore Service MODE aka bench mode. Just need to pinout connector. If u have any problem contact me in pm.
