A4 B6 EDC15P+ help please.

Hi all.

I have recently sold Kess & Ktag & have just purchased a A4 B6 130PD Quattro with ECU EDC15P+

I have MPPS V16 clone.... Is it safe to read/write through OBD? Pulled up a few old threads about people bricking them due to checksum issues?

It's my only vehicle on the road at the minute & I don't want to brick the ECU so id rather leave it alone if MPPS is not good with this ECU, can anyone help?

You can easily do it with mpps clone. easy job

Ok thanks, just scared me as I read on the forums they were stopped at around 90 odd % on writing. Do you have to pull a dash fuse on these? & I'm guessing read/write in slow? Thanks.

Sometimes you need to sometimes you dont. even if it will stop before 100% complete simply start form scratch
