Currently working on a 2007 Honda Element with I believe a 93c66 eeprom. Problem is that the eeprom is in front of the board and I really don't want to mess with the needles. Does anyone have a pinout for the back of the board? Or am I safe to take off the needles? I have original UPA and carprog clone at my disposal.

Last person that responded said that it needed a "CEM FLASH" so does that mean this board has mileage on the processor and not an eeprom? Also, can I use the solder pads on the back of the board to read it?
