Audi A4 2006 1.6 petrol+LPG 75kW

My father in law has an audi 1.6petrol with LPG instalation, car is a freacking disaster.
I want to blind EGR to get a little bit more power but the question is :
do I need remap ECU ?
Is this safe with LPG instalation ?

For EGR Off yes, I think you would need to take it off from software.
LPG or not LPG , why wouldn't it be safe ? Car runs with same sofware for LPG and the petrol.
