But after the screen stopped showing anything and speed arrow stoped work... how eeprom, speed motor, and display connected?

Remove the eeprom, read it again and compare it with the file you saved. If everything is ok, clean the area and weld again, more carefully.

After writing and verify i compared files as usual.
It worked and showed correct mileage, but not immediately (about 4 sec after turning on) but after data on display began to blink and died.
Did u have same problem before?
