Repair dashboard Honda Click

Hello!
Have dashboard bike Honda Click 125 2015.
Modified mileage msop8 successfully by UPA with desoldering. Connected to bike, at first showed 888888 after 4 seconds sowed correct mileage, after few minutes i heard a small crack, display flickered and stoped show any information aslo speedometer arrow and warning light for the handbrake stoped work too, others mudules work. Checked fuses, its ok. On circuit no have visible damages. Rewrited eeprom,cleaned area and soldered again more carefully, but it not helped

What the reasons of this problem may be? Could somebody explain what need to do?

You mean new eeprom? Or desolder it and solder again?

768703q101 zener diode looks not good, isnt' it?

nobody met this problem??im the first?
Tommorow will replace msop8 on new tssop8 and report about results
