Kess V2 ''Connection not established'' problem

Hello guys,

I need some help with a kess v2 when i plug in usb cable i have a ''Connection not established'' message and the software does not recognise the kess device.

The device was working fine till this day
I reinstalled usb software setup but still nothing
I havent connected to the internet

Any ideas?

I tested a brand new usb cable but nothing happened.
Basicaly i cannot hear the usb connection sound when i plug the usb cable into my computer.

Any ideas?

Try reinstall ksuite :D

Install the last k-suite https://www.alientech-tools.com/en/download/k-suite-software/
If not work, contact the support

Uninstall al drivers , do not use USB3 port...only usb2 on that clone. don t let windows decide what driver to install.
