2004 vw passat 1.9tdi pd 96kw Auto. After remap trans., upshifts at high rpm and holds in low gears. And it feels like it pulls better in low rpm before remap. If i write back ori file, everythink fine again.

have you done any egr offs dpf/cat offs or any other deletes etc on the modified file with software?

Yes we asked tuning file service to do Egr delete, when we send them ori file for remap.

Possibly bad solution and has deactivated transmission switch in flash so can't connect to ECM TCM

They redone their mod file 3 times with same result. Guy always saiyng that ecu remap doesnt have enything with tcm, he did thausands of these cars and never had complaint. If enyone can look to repamed file i can post it.

with it being auto it does have switches within flash im sure but yeah post ori and there mod we can take a look

request 90 to 600mbar in turbo
very bad for engine and turbo this map

I dont understand, he did two another cars before this one and they are fine.

this file is not good and is completly wrong
this file make problem in gearbox

turbo is from 1500 to 5000 rpm flat 1.55bar
torque flat 70mg from 1000rpm so is very danger for your gearbox

torque limiter bad should not be flat like that and is too much for the autobox this might be the cause of the gearbox problem maybe

duration bad way too much

smoke maps dont match

boost limiter bad

boost request is ok as 22psi is still within safe margin of the stock turbo thats the only map thats ok
the rest not so much

Guy did 5 file correction after our first complaint, dont understand whats wrong with him. Last his file is some kind eco power, it feels like car is stock but same issue trans shifts on high rpm and holds in gear.
