Immo off problem Audi a4 1996 me3.8

Hi,

i tried to read the eeprom from this ecu to maqke immo off, because immo is dead. It shows me only "0". Sounds for me that is empty?!

I made yesterday one from golf 4 with me3.8 without problems...

Read with CH341A
If my eeprom ist empty what can i flash on it to start the car?

I dont need a immo off solution. I need help because i cant read it. I dont know why. Ist it possible to wright another eeprom file from same car, same ecu etc.?
