Mercedes A-class W168 AKL key generate transponder HELP

Hallo everyone,
I have a Mercedes A-class W168 All keys lost.
I have bin fighting with the transponders for this keys for over 2 weeks now and no result.
I have the dump of the IMMO-box with 0D69J MCU.

I know that the transponder needs to be closed or something after writing but don’t know how.

Can anybody help? I am willing to pay.

I have Tango, Gambit, VVDI2.

Many of the CN transponders 7935 /7930 is reported with poor quality.
This could be one of the reasons, which makes start of the engine failing.

I use VVDI Super chips, they always work.
That is not the reason, its the closing of the chip after writing. i don't know how or what exactly but it is spoken about many times here on the forum.

The bin is OK - Tango recognised fine

No need to close the chip - Tango will write it ready to start the car

also in tango there is option to check the chip after writing

The reson for non start can be bad soldering or dead chip after last desolder

also try with genuine 7935 don't trust too much on XT27

Thanks for the response but I read everywhere that Tango is not able to do W168.
it van write the key but will not work.
i have checked the soldering on the MCU and it’s good.
i do a lot of old Mercedes keys and never had a problem, but a W168 I have never done them.

Try with tag of FVDI or Avdi with 7935 works fine but choose key position allready used not Empty and position of 7935 is very important on the key. Sensibility of antenna of w168 is low. Remove ring (antenna) of W168 and try with 7935 directly with your hands.
Start error if your 7935 is not detected or if your position number of key for Coding is not correct. 100% works !!!

My FVDI 2014 clone freezes when I want to write chip. Then need to restart the whole thing and then freezes again when I press write.

I can confirm fvdi 2012 tag key tool works perfekt for a class, maybe your fvdi is bad quality clone

The FVDI 2014 doesn’t have A-klasse on the tag menu, only E and ML.
I have looked for the FVDI 2012 but nowhere to be bought.

FVDI 2014 works good with A CLASS W168. Tag tool and key tool. You must read mcu before of course.
