solved for the dash with abs fuse off, i still need to work on abs or disable sync on the flash...

km stored on 000760 and 001400 (replaced by 00 00 00 75)

line 000800 to 0013F0 and 001410 to 001EF0 must be FF look like to be the sync with abs.
