VVDI MB current eis dont support read password via IR

Today tried to read key password on mercedes benz w203 , 2003 year and it couldnt read password, it reads EIS and when it asks you to try to calculate password it throws this error.

I also tried on another w203 2002 year from my neighbour and his car calculates password.

My question is what to do in this situation when it cant read password with IR ? IF it dont work with IR will it work ON bench with EIS cable ? Or do i need programmer to read EIS password. Thanks

you can get password for 203 via obd with vvdi mb

well when i try via obd it cannot communicate with eis at all, is that has to do something with blue aligator clip do i need to clip in somewhere that one , when trying with obd
i tried to clip it in when disconnecting eis cable on the top pin , it is thinnest wire still , i couldnt read w203 with obd , am i doing something wrong ?
and another w203 reads with IR
