Hello everyone ,
i have an old car and i want to exchange some information about adding some other option using arduino, microcontroller , relay etc..
i'm an electronic engineer so i'm passionate with all of this.
i already did two options:
-closing windows with remote.
-closing windows automatically when it rains.
i need other idea to do.
thank you

using arduino, microcontroller
Do not pass GO do not colect 200 , just stop, please .
Think about the temperature range your upgrades will be subjected to.
"arduino"s are meant to sit on a desk,at cozy room temperature and blink some LEDs,
Please do not use that in an automotive environment,is not safe,
Just for the fun , and for testing purposes, go ahead, just don't make that a permanent addition to any car

Hello, sorry but what is the impact on using these on the car? we can install these properly using some fuses,diode,..

Hi
I didn't even mentioned the installation part ....proper harness and proper fuses are a MUST!
What i am trying to say here is that the reliability of anything arduino installed on a car is not something to brag about
That being said , most people throw an aftermarket alarm system/remote start ,maybe a sound upgrade and call it a day.
Edit...
On topic this time..
Think Meat-Head (https://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/member.php?u=81877) said something about heated mudflaps as an option...
