I have been a customer of XTool for past 5-6 years , bought 3 brand new devices and several updates for each device , I had damaged dongle for one device and they asked me to Send back dongle for repair , sent back over a month ago , have tried to contactthem and no reply , so now device which I paid 1490 euros for is useless ,it’s a budget money tool but their support is dreadful and if you run into problems your on your own guys , I have Orange5 , Elprosys DP4 , Smok and Carprog original , this carry on out of XTool would not happen with any other of the companies I deal with , so if ur thinking of buying your buying a tool with Zero support or help

Its an unwritten rule and unanimously agreed fact, if you need support you should not buy tools

support from most companies is pure dog shit - thats just how it is

For what is was worth, x-tool dongle about €90, should have bought a replacement?

the support is non-existent
I had lost my xtool
I had to contact them by security to block the interface
when I found him I asked for the reactive they did not even answer me
I had to pay an Indian reseller, for the whole year in 2019 that I had already paid
100% shit support

I’d have no problem paying 90 euros for a replacement dongle if they’d even bother to reply to me , I know all sellers don’t have bad reputation but SMok and Elprosys will try and help, I think XTool support enjoy swim games their customers having problems because they offer no help whatsoever

Nice1 Steve ,had every dongle got same codeing for different units , or does it have to be coded by them to suit serial number of unit

this carry on out of XTool would not happen with any other of the companies I deal with , so if ur thinking of buying your buying a tool with Zero support or help
this is possible when a developer is asked 5-10 stupid questions a day, and it hurts.

buy equipment in China and try to ask them a question :snot::snot::snot:

I buy many devices as I am a busy person , so do u think asking for a replacement for a broken dongle for a genuine tool is a stupid question , you sound to me like a guy who has plenty experience of cheap Chinese tools

placed an order for several adapters and dongle etc , i then realised there was 23 percent tax on my purchase , i fordwarded them my EU VAT number and company details and i asked for an adjustment on the taxes , any legit company have no problem adjusting taxes , suprise suprise they never got back to me , wonder why that was haha

I don't understand how you can't get new dongle, I lost mine year ago,write to xtool.org support same day I've got answer dongle costs 100euro with shipping dhl,after 15min I made payement,after 45min I've got message with dhl tracking information,next day 3pm dongle was in my hands.and I'm not from Poland,i live in Lithuania almost 800km from xtool ofice
