You can not do anything without pp200 and pin code. Read and send BSI eeprom again and I will help you.

pp2000 olmadan ve kod olmadan yapamazsın. BSİ epromun adını yaz tekrar oku ve yükle yardımcı olayım kod için

When the bsi fails after battery , nothing to do with bsi eeprom because bsi is blank.
To restore the keys and another option like ecu autorization need read dump from ecu for extracting right login.
