Immo off Golf cluster

Can someone help me with immo off on a VW Golf cluster, code 5C6920 874A?
I've attached the eeprom dump, is a 24c64

The idea is that I want to put this cluster in a passat b6, which don't have immo in cluster, and when I connect it I get immobilizer active message.

change profession or give this car for someone who will know what to do

I know what to do with it, I only do those things for myself, all the retrofits on my car are done by myself.
Only that someone told me that is needed to remove immo from cluster in order to work with passat, but seems is not the case.

With right details no problem with normal job!!!
