Hi Guys,

I am new to this forum and also I am completely new to remappping and amending the ECU of cars.
Currentyl I am preparign myself and the my car for and over landing trip.
Therefore I want to do some remapping and want to get rid of the immobilizer (wasnt sure to wich forum I should post. thought the remap is more important for now).

I have an Nanocom available so applying .map files isnt a problem. Does anyone of you have some maps available? Or can do one for me (would pay for it)?
Also I am very keen to be able to do my own maps. I know I am a newby but I am very curios! :courage:
I have so much questions to be honest I do not know were to start. Any suggestion for software? TD5 map editor istn available anymore :hmpf:

Regarding the immobilizer I know there is a way of reprogramming the Ecu + cutting cable 34 at the ECU + amend the starter relay.
How to I apply such a mod to my ECU?
Is there something better out there? As some tuners sell stand alone TD5 ecus were the cutting of cable 34 and amending the starter relay inst needed.

Thanks
cheers
