2009 range rover sport bcm

Hi and merry christmas to all.
Im a bit confused of how to read a bcm from a 2009 range rover sport.
I need to change vin and mileage as is a scrapyard one, i have the keys to go with it so dont need to touch the immo.
I heard that the vin is stored in two places?

Can someone help with a step by step with a connection diagram either for xprog or carprog clones?

That will be the circuit, but how to read it on xprog? As far as i can see it do not show with that numbers, i have 5.55 maybe comes in the newer ones?

I know, but for one off 300odd of the vvdi its a bit too much, no option on xprog or carprog then? Thats the ones i have.
But say, i spend that money, then will be straight thru to replace the vin and the mileage or then i will nedd vvdi2 for something.?

whay you need change only vin?
immo in you car it is cem,dash,gerbox(automatic)

Immo its fine the bcm came with the keys, and worked fine until i loaded the right sw on the system( at least sdd jlr says the key its ok ,lock and unlock, and that problem is not security, checks green in all but says the bcm have the wrong vin number, and it shows the different numbers)
If its no other option , will have to get that vvdi, or maybe its a company which do it, or may i can get something with the pickit, may will need to learn some prohramming skills, but its doable i believe

Just another question, it looks like the flash memory its protected in this ones, so it cant be read with a pickit, but it can be erased and rewrited with this, so there is some dumps around in this forum, are they all the same or they include de immo info?
Saying that because if they only differ in VIN number can i take one of them just change the vin and use it or that will also erase the immo?
